This belt is designed primarily to be worn at the waist. If you prefer to wear it lower, on the hips as shown in some photos, we recommend choosing one size up from your usual.

• If you normally wear size S and want to wear it at the waist → choose S.
• If you normally wear size S but want a lower, more relaxed effect on the hips → choose M.
