Every Sotelo piece is created in Colombia by local artisans who pour heart and skill into each detail, ensuring a one-of-a-kind, high-quality product.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

For domestic shipping (Colombia), delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. International shipping takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes.

5. What if my product arrives defective?

Quality is our priority at Sotelo. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving it. Email us at hola@sotelo.com.co with your order number and photos of the defect. We'll be happy to assist you and resolve the issue.

6. Can I make exchanges or returns?

Yes, we accept exchanges and returns within 5 business days of delivery. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
